Service Description

Review of your marketing assets, advertising campaigns, web analytics, CRM reports etc to determine the effectiveness of your marketing ecosystem and spot potential improvements to targeting, bidding, messaging strategy, tactics, campaign exclusions, audience creation, creatives etc. To do so, we will need 'edit' access to the platforms that you need evaluated, which can include: - Analytics platforms (e.g. Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, TikTok Pixel etc) - Advertising platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager etc) - Media platforms (e.g. YouTube channel Studio etc) - CRMs (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce etc) The audit is done in 3 stages: 1. Requirements gathering & checking of access required to review the platforms (Video Meetup) - an Onboarding Questionnaire will be sent to you prior to the call so you can state your priorities and put together the relevant accesses. 2. 3 Hours of remote audit & assembling of deck and findings for your internal review prior to presentation of findings 3. 1 hour video call to present findings, discuss potential action plan for improvement and answer any further questions your team may have
